Elen Rings player reveals what happens when you kill the Turtle Pope
Anillo de Elden has been out for a few weeks, but there are still many secrets that are still being discovered. Players have a lot of freedom to kill the NPCs of the game, including the so-called “Turtle Pope”, Miriel. Given the kind nature of Miriel, many have opposed committing such a act. However, in the anillo of Elden Subreddit, User VG_Crimson revealed that they not only killed Pope Turtle, but also regretted deeply having done it. Apparently, you need a little effort to kill Miriel, but Turtle Pope refuses to counterattack and promises to forgive the player if he stops.
VG_CRIMSON finished the work and noticed that Miriel lets a “sad cry” escape. For the effort of him, they received “a couple of turtle-neck meats and his rattle to buy what was in his store.” The exchange clearly was not worth it.
“I have to live with this in my soul now, do not do this. There is nothing to win, and not only lose the convenience of him, but also lose a part of yourself, “writes VG_Crimson.
Naturally, many of the comrades of VG_Crimson rushed to condemn these actions, defending his beloved Turtle Pope. To make matters worse, it seems that Miriel can not resuscitate once dead, she only appears again in NG +. Readers must have that in mind before killing Beloved Turtle Pope in their own saved file.
Many Elements of anillo of Elden Tradition was written by Game of Thrones Creator George RR Martin. Martin did not write real story, so it is difficult to say what elements he created and which he conceived fromSoftware. However, Martin has a love for turtles that dates back to the pets of childhood, which he has detailed on many occasions. Given that, it seems a safe bet that Miriel was one of the contributions of him to the game. If that is the case, it is certainly ironic that, for once, they are the fanatics who are killing one of Martin’s favorite characters!
Anillo de Elden is now available at PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC. You can check all our previous game coverage here.
