Geiger becomes 3rd difficult piece of work
Vincent Geiger got his first podium in the World Cup season in the Nordic mix with a strong cross-country skiing race.
The 25-year-old from Oberstdorf only had to give up in Lillehammer Jens Lucas regularly and his compatriot Earl Magnus Ribber.
It was effort, stated Geiger in the ARD.
Now I’m all the better that it worked.
After a jump to 92.5 meters, Geiger was the 18th with a gap of 1:18 minutes on a podium in the cross-country skiing race over 10 kilometers.
In the cross-country ski run, however, he encouraged and prevailed in a large chase field in the battle for third location.
Manuel Faint took 5th location as the second-best German.
Julian Schmidt also encountered the leading 10 as a seventh.
